For over the past 20 years, it has welcomed future residential real estate, commercial real estate and mortgage brokerage professionals and also offers continuing education training.  In addition, all the Collège's basic training programs are recognized by the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ).
